Hi! I'm Rosie, I have two children and live in the UK making costumes for film and theatre. My eldest child is a real lover of bags, all manner of 'precious things' are put in bags, she has lots of bags (and lots of precious things). Due to the nature of my work, demands for me to make a new bag for something are high. When her birthday was approaching (during a Covid-19 pandemic lockdown) I decided to make all her class a cotton party bag so they could join in the celebration from home. This was the start of bobbybags.

Reusable gift bags are great, they can replace wrapping paper and they can be used again and again for all manner of things after their initial purpose (if you're stuck for ideas just ask my daughter). I vow to make my products as environmentally friendly as possible. I will use unbleached cotton for my bags and every purchase will be sent in a compostable mailbag. I want my bags to be fun, colourful and uplifting. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them.
